Contact Zomplet

The fastest way to reach us is email, and the single most useful thing you can include is the specific claim you are questioning along with what you believe to be correct. We do not need you to argue the point first, and we do not need a long message.

We read everything. Corrections get made, including the ones that go against our own conclusions, and we will tell you when a page has been updated so you can check it. If you would rather start with the content, the home page compares the seven games and the guide index lists every guide we publish.

What we cannot help with

We are a publisher, not a support desk. We cannot restore an account, reverse a transaction, resolve a dispute with a game operator, or tell you whether a specific platform is currently operating. Those questions belong to the operator, and the only reliable way to reach them is through the contact route published on their own site or inside their own app.

We also cannot recommend a particular platform for the purpose of winning money, and we will not introduce you to an operator. We publish independent guides to the format and the rules. Money-based play is restricted or prohibited in Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Odisha, Assam and Meghalaya, and readers should check their own position before depositing and never use a VPN or another person's account to work around a restriction. Everything here is written for adults aged 18 and over.

How long replies take

Corrections are prioritised and usually appear on a page within a few days. Editorial feedback is read weekly. Commercial enquiries get a reply but may end in a no, and the most common reason is that we do not carry promotional material. We would rather say no quickly than keep somebody waiting.

The editorial position, in short

  • We correct errors that go against our own conclusions, and we note when we have changed our mind.
  • We never accept payment for a mention, a link, a position in a list, or a removal.
  • We do not publish download links for modified or repackaged builds, and we never will.
  • We do not publish figures we cannot verify, and we would rather describe a mechanism than guess at a number.
  • We do not help anyone work around a state-level restriction on real-money play.

Frequently asked questions

How do I report an error in one of your guides?

Email the corrections inbox with the page URL, the sentence you believe is wrong, and what is actually correct. Three lines is enough. We prioritise corrections over everything else, and we will confirm when the page has been updated.

Can you help me recover a gaming account?

No. We have no relationship with any platform operator and no access to any account system. Account recovery has to go through the operator's own support route, reached from their site or app rather than from a message or an advert that brought you to the problem.

Do you accept guest posts or paid reviews?

No, and we will not discuss it. We do not publish anything carrying a link, an offer, a code or a consideration, and we do not take payment to change a position in a list. If a guest post is a condition of your business, we are the wrong publication for it.

Why will you not recommend a specific platform for me?

Because we have no relationship with any operator, cannot verify their current terms, and would have no way of knowing how they treat a customer who has a problem. Recommending one would be a favour we cannot justify. We explain how the format works and how to check any platform yourself.

Will you remove a page or a mention on request?

Not for commercial reasons, and we do not remove accurate material on request from a party it might embarrass. If a page contains a factual error about a platform, we will correct it. If it contains accurate criticism, it stays unless the platform shows us the criticism is wrong.

Can I republish your guides?

Write to us first. Short quotation with a clear link back is usually fine, and we are happy with that. Wholesale republishing is a different matter and we will want to talk it through properly rather than decline it by default.

Prefer the rules to the trend pieces?

Our editorial partner publishes deeper material on Indian card games — the actual hand rankings, the variant differences that get argued about, and the legal position for real-money play, which is far more restricted than most app pages let on. If the specifics are what you came for, that is the better read.
