Zomplet publishes independent editorial guides to the WW5 game platform family and to mobile game platforms generally. We do not operate a game, host a download, broker an account, or accept payment for a mention. This page sets out that position in full, along with the legal and financial limits that apply to anything we publish.
Everything here is written for adults aged 18 and over. If you are under 18, stop reading and do not use any platform described on this site. The home page and the guide index are where the actual content lives.
1. We are not the platform
Zomplet is an independent publisher with no affiliation with, endorsement from, or ownership by WW5 or any platform, operator or affiliate using that name. We are not the official site. We do not operate, host, maintain, moderate or support any game, and we do not broker accounts, hold funds, process deposits or issue withdrawals.
Nothing published on this site should be read as a recommendation to place money with any operator, as a guarantee about any platform's licensing, safety or conduct, or as a statement that a platform is lawful in your area. We describe how these formats work and how to assess a platform yourself. We cannot verify the current position of any individual operator, and we do not have a relationship with any of them.
2. Age requirement
This site is intended only for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children, and we do not provide services to anyone under 18. If you are under 18, leave this site and do not register on any platform described here. A genuine operator will check age before allowing an account, and anyone offering you an account without doing so is not operating legitimately.
3. The financial risk of real-money play
Two further points deserve stating plainly. First, a game of chance can be made to look like a game of skill, and the format of a session makes that easier: a fast round, a near miss, and a balance that appears to be one decision away from recovering. Second, the only reliably effective tool is a limit set in advance, because the moment it is hardest to make a sensible decision is always after a run that has gone badly.
4. The legal position in India
Gambling in India is governed by the Public Gambling Act, 1867 together with the rules each state makes under it. The result is that the law differs substantially from state to state, and in several states money-based gaming is prohibited outright rather than merely regulated.
| Position | States and areas | Practical effect |
|---|---|---|
| Money-based play prohibited | Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Odisha, Assam, Meghalaya | Do not deposit. Do not use a VPN or another person's account to get around it — doing so is a further breach, not a workaround |
| Permitted but tightly regulated | Most remaining states, including Maharashtra, West Bengal, Karnataka's lottery and skill-based categories, and many others | Registration, age verification, deposit limits and tax rules apply, and they differ in detail from state to state |
| Skill-based games treated separately from chance-based games | Varies widely by state | A game's classification is decided by the state, not by the platform, and the same format can be treated differently in two neighbouring states |
5. We do not provide downloads, and we never link to a modified build
Zomplet provides no download links, no APK hosting and no installation instructions. Software for these platforms is distributed through official app store listings or through the operator's own site, and that is the only legitimate route.
We will never link to a modified, repackaged or cracked build, and we will not publish instructions for disabling the operating system's install restrictions. A repackaged application is the standard route to a compromised device, and a platform that requires one is not distributing its software legitimately. If you encounter a page offering one, treat that as information about the page.
6. Verification codes and impersonation
We will never ask you for a one-time verification code, your password, a card or bank detail, an account identifier, or any payment. Any message claiming to come from us and requesting any of those is fraudulent. The same applies to any platform's support team: a one-time code belongs only in the application's own request screen, typed by you, and must never be read out to anyone who asks. If you have already shared one, change your password and your registered number and contact the operator through their own published channel.
7. Accuracy, and the limits of what we can check
We work hard to be accurate and we correct errors promptly, including errors that go against our own conclusions. But we cannot guarantee completeness. Platform interfaces change, features are added and removed, rules differ between operators, and figures such as payout percentages vary by configuration and are frequently out of date on third-party pages. Where a value depends on the operator, we describe the mechanism rather than print a number, and we encourage you to check the operator's own published terms.
Nothing on this site is a warranty of fitness for a particular purpose. You are responsible for your own decisions about whether a platform is appropriate for you, and for complying with the law that applies where you are.
8. Links to other sites
This site links to one external publication, which is identified as a partner whenever it appears. We do not control third-party content and we are not responsible for it. Any other site that claims to be affiliated with Zomplet, or that presents itself as us, is not.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zomplet and its contributors accept no liability for any loss arising from reliance on material published here, from any platform a reader subsequently uses, or from any decision made in the light of it. This includes losses of money, data, time or opportunity. Nothing in these pages creates a contractual relationship between you and Zomplet, and nothing here is legal, financial or tax advice. Where a dispute arises, it is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at the place of our publication.
10. Changes to this page
This disclaimer is reviewed as state rules, platform behaviour and our own practices change. The date at the top of the page reflects the last review. If you have a question about any part of it, the contact page is the right place to ask, and our data handling is described separately in the privacy policy.
Frequently asked questions
Is Zomplet the official WW5 site?
No. We are an independent publisher with no affiliation with, endorsement from or ownership by WW5 or any platform using that name. We do not operate games, host downloads, hold funds, broker accounts or issue withdrawals.
Is it legal to play these games in India?
It depends entirely on the state you are in and whether money is involved. Money-based play is restricted or prohibited in Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Odisha, Assam and Meghalaya. In other states it is permitted but tightly regulated, and the classification of a given game is decided by the state rather than by the platform. Check your own position before depositing. This is general information, not legal advice.
Will Zomplet give me a bonus, a referral code or a link to sign up?
No. We carry no advertising, no affiliate links, no referral codes and no welcome offers, and we do not accept payment for a mention or a position in a list. A guide that has to buy you a bonus is not worth reading, and we would rather publish fewer things than publish something written to carry a promotion.
Do you provide game downloads or APK links?
No. Software for these platforms comes through official app store listings or the operator's own site. We never link to a modified, repackaged or cracked build, and we will not publish instructions for disabling the operating system's install protections.
Do you guarantee that a platform is safe or licensed?
No, and we would be misleading you if we did. We have no relationship with any operator and cannot verify their current licensing or conduct. What we can do is describe what a legitimate platform publishes about itself, which is what the checks in the registration guide are for.
I lost money on a platform I found through your site. Are you responsible?
No. We are a publisher of independent editorial guides and we accept no payment from any operator. We do not broker accounts, handle funds or take a referral from anyone you then sign up with, and nothing on this site is a recommendation to place money with any platform. The operator is the party you have a relationship with, and their own published terms are the ones that apply.
Someone claiming to be from Zomplet asked for my verification code. What now?
We never do that, so the message is fraudulent. Do not enter the code, end the conversation, and change your password and registered number. If the approach came through a platform's support channel, report it to the operator through their own published contact route. A one-time code belongs only in the app's own request screen and is never read out to anyone.
